Chattahoochee Golf Course Renovation Gainesville, GA

Full Renovation of 18 hole, 6,756 yard, Par 72 course originally built in 1959 by Robert Trent Jones Sr. The program included renovating all greens, tees and bunkers with slight hole shifts in an effort to create room and to improve upon playability. Construction plans were completed October 2005. Construction began in January 2006 and completed in October 2006.

Winchester Country Club Renovation Master Plan Winchester, KY

Retained by the Club to develop a Master Plan for Course Improvements. The Master Plan was completed in the Fall of 2005. Installation of fairway irrigation and re-grassing of fairways was completed in the Summer of 2006.

Louisville Country Club Development of Tree Plan Louisville, KY

Developed a Tree Plan for the golf course as a follow-up to the renovation work completed in November 2004 as Keith Foster's Design Associate. Plan was completed March 2006.

Eastern Kentucky University Construction of Par 3 Hole Richmond, KY

Retained by the University to develop a Par 3 hole adjacent to new building constructed for the Turf and Golf Management Department. Hole is used by the students and faculty for both research and leisure activities. Shaping of hole completed in March 2006 with the students installing the irrigation, drainage and doing all prep work and grassing. This was done as a 3 week credit level course which provided the students with hands-on experience.

Meadowbrook Country Club Renovation Baldwin, MO

As Keith Foster's Design Associate: Preliminary site visits with development of Construction Plans, Specifications, Cost Analysis, Construction Review and Punchlist for the renovation of Driving Range, new Short Game Area, new Putting Green with adjustments to Holes 15 and 18.

Mahan Manor Golf & Hunt Club New 9 Hole Course Winchester, KY

New 9 Hole layout developed for a private owner. Routing developed during the Fall of 2006. Course is a Par 36 at a length of 3,460 yards. Construction began March 2007 and was completed in October 2007 (Project was shut down for 6 weeks prior to grassing because of water restrictions set forth by the county due to an extremely dry summer.) Opened to select play during the Summer of 2008 with public opening for events and corporate outings beginning May 2009.

Murray Country Club Plan Options Murray, KY

Developed Options for Hole shifts that would provide the Club the ability to sell off sections of its property for residential development to generate funds for future improvements to the golf course.
